I was very pleased. Dr. Michelangelo was very informative in regard to procedures available and spent extra time going over options, timelines and costs. The assistant/coordinator Ivan was very helpful as well, filling in the blanks where I was still a little confused or uncertain. I never felt pressured to make a decision. Theres alot to take in and its expected to feel anxiety over understanding quickly so as to not waste everyones time. Ivan really helped with explaining things a second time. I plan to return and would definately refer friends and family.
