I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH HIGGINS FAMILY DENTAL SERVICES ! DR. COHEN WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING OF MY FEAR IN EATING WITH ONE TOOTH THAT BROKE OFF OF MY UPPER PARTIAL AND HE AND HIS STAFF COULDNT HAVE MOVED ANY FASTER IN SETTING ME UP WITH THE LAB THE SAME DAY. ! I WAS ABLE TO GO THERE RIGHT AWAY AND IN TWO HOURS THEY FIXED IT UP AND I CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW MY NERVES SETTLED AND I NO LONGER HAD TO WORRY ABOUT TRYING TO EAT. I HAVE A COMPLICATION FROM A PREVIOUS CERVICAL SPINE SURGERY THAT CAUSE ME WHAT THEY CALL " SILENT ASPIRATION". IT IS VERY SERIOUS & PRESENTS ITSELF BY FOOD GOING DOWN INTO MY LUNGS VS STOMACH. I HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH THIS SURGICAL COMPLICATION THAT RISES EVERY 2 MONTHS OR SO. HIGH FEVER, ,ALOT OF PAIN & MUST TAKE ANTIBIOTICS UNTIL FEVER IS GONE. I WAS SO WORRIED, BUT DR. COHEN MOVED VERY QUICKLY...ALL OF HIS ASSISTANTS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL & PLEASANT.. I WOULD DEFINITELY MAKE REFERRALS TO HIGGINS FAMILY DENTAL FOR ANY SERVICES. It was out in less than 10 minutes and only about 5 of those were for the tooth being pulled. Every single person I encountered was wonderful and kind. The entire team of people here made me feel at ease and taken care of. I am due back for more treatment and for the first time I don't feel scared to schedule! That type of service and care is one of a kind and I am so very grateful.
